2001 Census Packs

Primary Demographics: Getting started with Census Analysis (265 variables), including resident population, 10 year age splits, ethnic group, marital status, vehicles etc.

Standard Demographics: The essential census data pack (665 variables). Some data split into England and Wales, Scotland and NI. Data includes Religion, population by 5 year ranges, household composition etc.

Professional Demographics: Everything you'll ever need from the Census, ideal for power users (1,113 variables) . Includes the above plus languages, qualifications, migration, rooms etc.

Daytime and Workplace Demographics: Daytime and workplace population (85 variables) . 16-74 ages in employment, age group, occupation, distance to work etc.

These packs include the most commonly used variables and ensure accuracy and consistency across your organisation. Above all they are easy to use.

Primary, Standard & Professional packs each build on each other e.g. the Professional pack includes the primary & standard data. The Daytime Demographics pack is a separate entity focusing on working population, this information is new for the 2001 Census. All packs are supplied with full documentation
